The second call for joint research projects of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey in a tripartite form with the participation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) (represented by the University of Tabriz), the Turkish Science and Technology Organization (TUBITAK) and the Medical Sciences Research Institute (NIMAD) has been started since October, 2020 and is in progress. The deadline for submitting and uploading proposed research projects is extended until January 5, 2021.

According to the announcement of the Student Affairs Organization and with regard to the program of cultural, scientific and educational exchanges between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of China and following the negotiations between the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education with Chinese counterparts, an opportunity for mutual scholarships in various fields of study in graduate programs for the academic year 2021-2022 have been provided.

Considering the cultural, scientific, and educational exchange program between the Islamic  Republic of Iran and Hungary and following the negotiations between the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education with their Hungarian counterparts, the two sides have agreed on awarding mutual scholarships in various fields of graduate studies for the academic year 2021-2022.

Since 1989 The International Coordinating Council of the Man and the Biosphere Program -MAB has been supporting young researchers each year with awards of up to US$ 5,000 in support of their research on ecosystemsnatural resources and biodiversity. Through the MAB Young Scientists Awards, MAB is investing in a new generation of scientists worldwide because well-trained and committed young people are key to addressing ecological and sustainability issues.

*Objectives

The UNESCO-Equatorial Guinea International Prize for Research in the Life Sciences rewards individuals or institutions' significant efforts through scientific research towards improving the quality of human life. The core objectives of the Prize is to encourage research, enhance collaboration amongst researchers, and reinforce networks of centers of excellence in the life sciences towards these goals.

The International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology has announced a call for long-term scholarship programs for 2021.
