Dr. Maibody, president of Isfahan University of Technology, appointed Prof. Dr. Mohammad Silani as the new Director of the IUT Swiss Desk. Dr. Silani, an Associate Professor in the IUT Department of Mechanical Engineering, began his duties as director of the Swiss Desk following the end of Prof. Dr. Abideh Jafari's term in this position. In his letter, Dr. Maibody thanked Dr. Jafari for her efforts as director of the Swiss Desk.

The farewell and introduction ceremony for Dr. Jafari and Dr. Silani was held at the IUT International Center. Dr. Safavi, the IUT Vice President for Research and Technology, and Dr. Mosaddegh, the Director of the IUT International Center attended this ceremony.
