Established in 2009 by the Research Grants Council (RGC), the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) aims at attracting the best and brightest students in the world to pursue their PhD programmes in Hong Kong’s universities.

The Fellowship Scheme will provide a competitive annual stipend and conference and research-related travel allowance per year
up to three years. 
Initial application is accepted from September to December.

The International Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Science announced that the research priorities of Turkey are revealed in the framework of the 100/2000 program.

According to this program, by 2030, 2000 doctoral students whose research subject is in one of the mentioned subjects will be awarded government scholarships up to 1.5 times the amount that is normally paid to each doctoral student.

A maximum of 15 joint research projects in three scientific fields of Life Sciences, Materials Sciences and Mathematics will be supported by this program.

In this regard, Iranian researchers can register their joint proposals in the system of the Fund for Support of Iranian Researchers until July 9, 2021. Sending the final proposal of Iranian researchers will be possible only through the fund system.
